1. About This Service
kirim.dev is a developer API platform for Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. You send requests to our API from your own code; we forward them to Meta byte for byte and return Meta's responses unchanged. We handle the Meta Tech Provider approval and app review so you don't have to, seal your Meta token at rest, verify inbound webhooks, and deliver them to your endpoints. We are not an inbox, a broadcast tool, or a CRM.
By signing up for or using kirim.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Relationship with Meta / WhatsApp
This is the most important thing to understand before using kirim.dev:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account, your WhatsApp numbers, your message templates, and all charges Meta levies areyour property and responsibility.
- You deal directly with Meta for business verification, template registration, conversation charges, and compliance with WhatsApp's policies.
- kirim.dev is not a party to your relationship with Meta. We provide software on top of the API Meta provides.
3. What Is NOT kirim.dev's Responsibility
Because kirim.dev is software running on top of Meta's platform, we are not responsible for:
- Suspension, limitation, or blocking of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta
- Rejection, suspension, or removal of your message templates by Meta
- Downgrades to your messaging tier or quality rating
- Changes to WhatsApp Business Platform policies, pricing, features, or availability
- Disruptions, downtime, or technical changes on Meta's / the Cloud API's side
- The content of the messages you send and its effect on recipients or on your business
- Your non-compliance with WhatsApp's Business, Messaging, or Commerce policies
All of the above is outside kirim.dev's control. Those decisions rest with Meta, and we have no access to reverse, appeal, or expedite anything on their side.
4. Your Account and API Keys
You are responsible for keeping your kirim.dev password, API keys, and connected WhatsApp credentials confidential. Your API keys are bearer credentials — anyone holding one can send messages on your numbers and incur Meta charges. A key is shown only once, at creation; store it safely and rotate it if you suspect exposure. Tell us immediately atlegal@kirim.dev if you notice unauthorized use.
You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5. Permitted Use
Use kirim.dev only for lawful purposes and in line with WhatsApp's policies. Prohibited uses include:
- Sending spam or bulk messages without the recipient's consent
- Fraudulent content, illegal gambling, illegal lending, hoaxes, or adult content
- Violating the WhatsApp Business, Messaging, or Commerce policies
- Attempting to access another kirim.dev user's account, numbers, or data
- Overloading, reverse engineering, or otherwise abusing the API beyond reasonable limits

6. Multiple Numbers, One Account
Your plan allows a set number of WhatsApp numbers under a single account, each isolated from the others. You are responsible for every number you connect and every request made with your API keys, whether through Embedded Signup or by bringing your own WhatsApp Business Account. Connecting a number does not transfer any of your obligations to Meta onto kirim.dev.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
- kirim.dev is a flat monthly subscription for API access, chosen from the plans in the dashboard. There is no per-message fee and no per-seat charge from us. Every plan includes a 7-day trial.
- Meta's charges (conversations, templates, and so on) are billed directly by Meta to you through your own WhatsApp Business billing. kirim.dev does not mark them up and does not collect them.
- Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. If we terminate the service through no fault of yours, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep the service running well but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Disruptions caused by Meta, internet providers, or other matters outside our control are not kirim.dev service disruptions. Where Meta rate-limits or throttles a number, kirim.dev paces requests below Meta's ceiling and honors Meta's Retry-After; that pacing is a function of what Meta grants your number.
9. Limitation of Liability
The kirim.dev service is provided as is. We make no express or implied warranties beyond those stated here.
Even where a loss is caused purely by kirim.dev's own negligence (for example, a bug in our software or downtime on our servers), our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid to kirim.dev in the 3 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost customers, or reputational harm — and, given the flat low subscription price, you acknowledge this allocation of risk is reasonable.
10. Termination
You can cancel at any time through the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or WhatsApp's policies, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems. On termination, your account information is removed; stored webhook payloads and access logs age out on their normal retention schedule (7 days by default, minimum 24 hours).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will give at least 30 days' notice of important changes, by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.
